Dear pilots,
A bug has been identified in the app. It happens only with Tizen OS 4.0 and it prevents the app from downloading map data. The screen “getting new maps” is displayed but the progress bar is always set to 0. After several seconds, the message “Task failed” appears on the screen.
A solution is currently being designed to solve this major issue.
