Dear pilots,
The application is not working on the Tizen OS 5.0 and 5.5. People using the Galaxy Watch 3 (last model of the watch released by Samsung this year) or the Galaxy Watch Active 2 with the Tizen 5.5 update (released on September) won’t be able to start the app if they purchase it.
A major update of the application is on the way (release expected by the end of the month). It will solve this big issue and offer new great features to everyone. So please, stand by.
The compatibility device list of the app has been updated so users of Galaxy Watch 3 won’t be able to purchase the app on the Galaxy Store until the new version of the app is released.
If you have bought this application and you have the Galaxy Watch 3, you can request a refund by giving your Buyer ID and Purchase Order Number by email to pgw-support@aerotools.fr or you can wait for the app update coming shortly.
