Major changes
- Added new range 60Nm
- Now AD located in the inner range are displayed with transparency to enhance readibility of AD located in the outer range (only when max range is 20Nm or 60Nm).
- Time is UTC
- Restricted AD are displayed in red (if the map contains restricted AD like military AD)
